Notre travail s'est concentré sur le développement d'une aile avec un profil aérodynamique correct, combiné à une tension de peau élevée et à des performances silencieuses. Ces trois facteurs sont extrêmement importants pour la puissance, la stabilité, la maniabilité et la durabilité d’une aile.
Il est relativement facile de fabriquer une aile avec un profil décent, mais s'il n'y a pas assez de tension interne, le profil change rapidement sous la moindre pression du vent. Une faible tension cutanée se traduit par une instabilité de l’aile.
Il est également facile de fabriquer une aile avec une tension de peau élevée, mais si cela n'est pas fait correctement, cela peut trop aplatir le profil, rendant l'aile instable et manquant de puissance.
Ensuite, ajoutez au mélange le problème du flottement du bord de fuite. En plus d'être distrayant, les battements peut tuer votre aile en quelques minutes en raison de l'effet néfaste qu'il a sur le tissage et la liaison résineuse du tissu. Si la voile flotte, le tissu s'étire et l'aile change de forme, ce qui a un impact sur la puissance, la stabilité et la maniabilité.
Nous avons obtenu à la fois une tension de peau élevée et un profil stable pour vous offrir une aile puissante, stable et maniable. De plus, nos bords de fuite ne flottent pas, même si vous vous retrouvez trop puissant.

Lightweight, ergonomic handles match your wrist angle so you are able to relax your arms.
Our low stretch dacron is the best in its class in terms of stretch, firmness and durability.
Our 50 g/m² woven polyester ripstop canopy is strong, lightweight and low stretch.
Surgical grade, 100 micron bladder material is the best in the industry.
Separate leading edge and strut valves allows for different air pressures between the strut and leading edge. This produces a stiffer feeling wing and it also gives you the added security that you will always be able to make it back to the beach in case of a mishap.

When you buy an Ezzy wing, you are getting our 40+ years of windsurf sail design knowledge, as well as our 30+ years of manufacturing experience.
